Unfenced Safari Lodge in Grietjie Game Reserve with River Views
Amenities & Common Areas
The lodge has a restaurant, a shared lounge, a bar, and a garden with an outdoor fireplace. A year-round outdoor pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas is available for guests. The terrace and outdoor furniture provide spaces to watch wildlife that roams freely through the unfenced grounds.
Rooms & Accommodations
Each unit has a private bathroom with a shower, free toiletries, and a hairdryer. The Superior Chalet and Cozy Cottage offer river views, with some rooms featuring an outdoor shower. Daily housekeeping, ironing service, laundry, and room service are provided for all guests.
Dining & Food
Breakfast is served as a buffet, à la carte, or continental option. The restaurant offers special diet menus, wine/champagne, and a boma dinner by the fire. Chef Tumelo and Proverb prepare meals that include ostrich and braai nights.
Wellness & Relaxation
The spa centre provides a full body massage, foot massage, head massage, neck massage, hand massage, and open-air bath. Spa/wellness packages include body treatments, facial treatments, and a public bath. Massage sessions can be booked on the terrace, where giraffes have been seen walking past.

Game drives are conducted twice daily by guides such as Sky, Klaas, Joseph, and Tejan, who have up to 21 years of experience. Walking tours and a tour or class about local culture are available. Day trips to Kruger National Park, a river cruise on the Olifants River, and visits to the endangered species reserve can be arranged.
